Zakharova: sanctions against Lvova-Belova are a sign of the dehumanization of liberal dictatorships
Official representative Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova commented on Western sanctions against Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights, Maria Lvova-Belova. She wrote her opinion in Telegram-channel.
“Who would have thought 15 years ago that in the West, taking care of children, saving them and caring for them would become a crime,” she writes. The representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs examined the sanctions and harassment against the surgeon Leonid Roshal and Maria Lvova-Belova as signs of the “dehumanization of liberal dictatorships”.
Formerly the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague gave to warrant for the “arrest” of the Russian leader Vladimir Poutine and Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova. The ICC statement indicates that it would be linked to the “trafficking of children” of Ukraine. At the same time, the Russian Foreign Ministry called accusations of forcible removal of minors from Ukrainian territory are false.
