The UN Security Council did not allow DPR ombudsman Darya Morozova to speak at a meeting on the humanitarian situation in Ukraine, RIA Novosti correspondent reports. to be allowed to speak at a meeting convened by Western countries. US Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield has called for a procedural vote in the Security Council to decide whether or not to give Morozova the floor.
