Kobzev also said that one of the colony’s employees “secretly” told Navalny that “a provocation with a cellmate” was brewing against him. The lawyer said he had informed Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova and would send appeals to the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service Arkady Gostev and Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov.
