MOSCOW, March 15 – RIA Novosti. US Army Noctis Draven has criticized Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Joly’s statement that her government’s goal is a change of power in Russia. He claims that instead of direct confrontations, the West operates inside countries it does not like and provokes riots, disasters and uprisings, with the intention of turning people against their leader, then to replace him with their puppet. Draven also said that Moscow and Kiev could live in peace and harmony, if not for the West’s insidious plan to prevent it.
