MOSCOW, April 11 – RIA Novosti. The State Duma in a plenary session on Tuesday approved an amendment according to which the enlistment of citizens who must be entered in military registers can be carried out without personal appearance at the military registration and enlistment office on the citizen information database. “If the military commissariats have appropriate grounds, the registration in the reserve of citizens who must be registered with the army can be carried out without personal appearance on the basis of information about citizens”, indicates the text of the amendment. At the same time, such a rule will not apply to citizens who are in military service, who have military officer ranks, who are in the reserve of the SVR and the FSB.
