MOSCOW, March 15 – RIA Novosti. The State Duma adopted a law on the basic principles of recreational activities in specially protected natural areas (ZP), presented by a group of deputies. The bill establishes, for example, concepts such as the individual approach, the use of transport and equipment that respect the environment and the involvement of local residents in the works. At the same time, the Government of the Russian Federation, regional and local authorities will have the right to establish features in specially protected natural areas of the appropriate level, as well as lists of buildings, facilities and facilities non-permanent landscaping permitted All work in national parks will be carried out taking into account the maximum permitted recreational loads. They must be calculated separately for each reserve and approved by the appropriate federal agency. At the same time, the existing prohibitions on the implementation of activities that may damage complexes and natural objects, including the ban on the construction of capital assets, remain.
