Storming the Capitol ‘Shaman’ released early from jail after Musk’s release
American Jacob Chansley, nicknamed “The Shaman”, who took part in the capture of the Capitol on January 6, 2021, has been released early from federal prison. This is reported by Komsomolskaya Pravda in his Telegram-channel.
This happened after the American entrepreneur and owner of Twitter Elon Musk posted a video in which Chansley urges protesters to go home.
It is reported that “Shaman” has been transferred to a rehabilitation center, where he will work in a nursing home.

The document, posted on the Department of Justice website, reports that the 34-year-old “shaman” pleaded guilty under criminal articles to crimes related to the capitol storming. He was charged with the maximum jail term.
