MOSCOW, March 19 – RIA Novosti. Today, March 19, the 125th anniversary of the opening is celebrated by the Russian Museum in St. Petersburg. The program of festivities is published on the institution’s website. At the Mikhailovsky Palace, visitors will be greeted by re-enactors dressed in authentic costumes from the late 19th century. Concerts are also planned. There will be performances by young performers from the Art Line Art Support Foundation, soloists from the St. Petersburg Chamber Ensemble conducted by Mikhail Gantvarg and a graduate of the St. Petersburg Conservatory Lev Potapov. NI Privalova in the Mikhailovsky castle. And on March 25, the String Ensemble of the State Academic Capella will perform at the Stroganov Palace. Earlier it was announced the opening of the exhibition “Parallel universes. From abstraction to artifact” at the Russian Museum.
