The prosecutor asked to sentence the authority to 21 years in prison with his conviction under the article “Occupation of the highest position in the criminal hierarchy”, and also to impose a fine of one million rubles on him . Along with Khachatryan, nine members of the “Tatarinskiye” criminal community are on trial, and it is proposed to sentence them to different sentences.
According to investigators, they drove Chistopol two Organized Crime Groups (OCGs) that were part of the Khachatryan Organized Crime Group. One of the groups specialized in extorting businessmen under threat of reprisal. The second organized criminal group engaged in real estate and estate scams by falsifying property documents.
Most of the money obtained by criminal means, the bandits handed over to the thief in law, who took them to Orenburg. During searches, members of the organized criminal group found edged weapons, SIM cards and phones, bank cards, as well as more than one million rubles and about six thousand dollars.
