MOSCOW, March 30 – RIA Novosti. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense published and then deleted an ad in which it stated in poor English that Western equipment would help Ukrainian forces occupy Ukraine. A video in which Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov rides on Western armored vehicles was posted on the department’s telegram channel and on Reznikov’s Twitter page. “This weapon helps us to occupy Ukrainian territories,” reads the text of the video (“This weapon helps us to occupy Ukrainian territories”). Additionally, the author of the video attempted to thank America for its support by using the nonexistent word “unswalking” to describe state aid, which is not found in the Oxford and Cambridge dictionaries. “Thank you America for supporting Ukraine,” the video says, “Thank you America for your continued support for Ukraine.” The video was later deleted and replaced with a new one with more consistent text. According to him, Western weapons will help to liberate Ukrainian territories, and gratitude to the states is expressed for their “unwavering” support.
