ROSTOV-ON-DON, March 30 – RIA Novosti. A state of emergency has been introduced in five municipalities of the Rostov region due to bad weather, Rostov region governor Vasily Golubev said. “In connection with the current situation, I have decided to introduce an emergency regime in Shakhty, Belokalitvensky, Kamensky, Krasnosulinsky and Oktyabrsky districts,” he wrote on Telegram. Sleet with rain, turning into snowfall, began in the Rostov region on the night of March 30 and continues to this day. Several kilometers of traffic jams formed on the M-4 Don highway, and traffic was blocked on the section of the highway in the Kamensky district.
