Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the International Association of Friends of Crimea, former Slovak Prime Minister Jan Czarnogursky said Western sanctions could not curb Crimea’s development. “Sanctions make life difficult for the Crimeans, but they have failed to contain and have not stopped the development of the peninsula.
