77% of Russian companies in 2022 hired specialists with no experience
Russian companies in 2022 have become much more likely to attract young professionals without work experience. On this subject said in a study by ANO “Russia – the land of opportunities” (RSV) and the Ancor group of companies.
1,737 companies took part in the online survey, and more than three-quarters of them (77%) said they hired inexperienced employees on a permanent basis.
