MOSCOW, March 18 – RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law imposing fines of up to 1 million rubles for disseminating instructions in the media and on the Internet on the illegal manufacture of firearms ammunition, as well as for public actions aimed at to discredit the help given by volunteer formations to the RF armed forces in solving the assigned tasks. The corresponding document is published on the official Internet portal for legal information. Amendments are proposed to Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Penalties for spreading information in the mass media and on the Internet about methods of illegal production of ammunition for firearms will range from 10 to 50 thousand rubles with confiscation of the object of the offense for citizens, from 40 to 80 000 – for officials, from 50 to 100 thousand – for individual entrepreneurs, from 800 thousand to a million rubles – for legal entities. For legal persons and individual entrepreneurs, an administrative suspension of activities for up to 90 days is also possible. At the same time, a fine will not follow for spreading information about the ways and methods of self-equipping cartridges for civilian long-barreled firearms, which is now allowed by the Law “On Weapons” . At the same time, the law establishes administrative liability for public actions aimed at discrediting the provision of assistance by volunteer formations, organizations or individuals in the performance of tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation . Amendments are made to Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The corresponding offenses, if these actions do not contain signs of a criminally punishable act, entail the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 30,000-50,000 rubles; for officials – from 100,000 to 200,000 rubles; for legal entities – from 300 to 500 thousand rubles.

MOSCOW, March 18 – RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed law on fines of up to 1 million rubles for the dissemination in the media and on the Internet of instructions on the illegal manufacture of ammunition for firearms, as well as for public actions aimed at discrediting the provision of assistance by volunteer trainings to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in solving assigned tasks.

The corresponding document is published on the official Internet portal for legal information.

Amendments are proposed to Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Penalties for spreading information in the mass media and on the Internet about methods of illegal production of ammunition for firearms will range from 10 to 50 thousand rubles with confiscation of the object of the offense for citizens, from 40 to 80 000 – for officials, from 50 to 100 thousand – for individual entrepreneurs, from 800 thousand to a million rubles – for legal entities. For legal persons and individual entrepreneurs, an administrative suspension of activities for up to 90 days is also possible.
