Military registration and enlistment offices in 35 regions of Russia have started sending out summonses to local residents, said Pavel Chikov, head of the international human rights group Agora.
In his telegram channel, the human rights activist quoted complete list regions where subpoenas are issued. Among them are the Moscow, St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Moscow, Belgorod and Murmansk regions, the Altai, Perm, Krasnoyarsk and Krasnodar regions.
Where Chikov got this information, he did not explain. “New Europe Newspaper” confirmed that summonses to appear are issued in Moscow.
