Putin expelled Bulavin from the Security Council of the Russian Federation and clarified Nurgaliev’s position

In February, Bulavin has been freed of the post of head of the FCS. The relevant order states that he was removed from office due to reaching 70 years of age. Bulavin ran the service for 6.5 years, starting in July 2016.
