MOSCOW, April 11 – RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin said it is expected that in the second quarter more money will come to the budget thanks to additional oil and gas revenues. He noted that in the first quarter of this year, non-oil and gas revenue increased by about 14%, while oil and gas revenue decreased by about 1.3 trillion rubles, which is mainly due to the high base and peculiarities of the price environment in world markets last year. He stressed that the external risk factors for the economy have not gone away.
