Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia announced a reward of one million rubles for information about the maniac Danilov who killed girls and women in Cherepovets in the period from 1992 to 2011. This is reported RIA News.
The serial killer operated in the district of Danilov Street. He committed at least 14 crimes, his victims were Russian women between the ages of 16 and 33. He appreciated homemade chokeholds and skillfully covered his tracks, striking fear among the townspeople. At the scene of the murders, he left pornographic drawings. Investigators have verified the involvement of 14,000 citizens in the murders, but so far have been unable to catch the criminal.
