One of the leaders of the Russian Volunteer Corps, Denis Kapustin, whom the FSB considers to be the organizer of the attempted assassination of the chairman of the board of directors of the Tsargrad business group Konstantin Malofeev and the attack on the villages of the Bryansk region, is on the list of terrorists and extremists. Kapustin holds Russian citizenship but is taking part in hostilities on the Ukrainian side, the FSB reported. He participated in the preparation of a terrorist attack at an oil and gas facility in the Volgograd region, which was foiled in August 2022.

Kapustin’s accomplices named Keiner and Ushkov from the right-wing radical organizations White Rex, Restrukt, Tor Steiner and Karpatskaya Sich were liquidated after putting up armed resistance.
