President of Ukraine Zelensky: kyiv will receive 200 Rosomak armored personnel carriers from Poland
President Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky says that Kyiv will receive 200 Rosomak armored personnel carriers from Poland. The politician’s video message has been released Telegram-channel.
“There are new agreements on infantry fighting vehicles, more than a hundred vehicles. Regarding Rosomak armored personnel carriers, 200 vehicles, now 100 and later 100. Also self-propelled mortars, additional missiles, MiGs,” the Ukrainian leader stressed.
Earlier in April became knownthat Kyiv ordered to Warsaw 100 Rosomak armored personnel carriers. According to Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, the Ukrainian side will be able to pay for the supply of military vehicles using the funds it receives from UNITED STATES. In addition, European states will transfer part of the funds as payment to Poland.
Zelensky arrived in Poland with his wife Elena on April 5. The politician met with the President of Poland, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. Furthermore, the Polish President Andrzej Duda presented Zelensky with the country’s highest honor, the Order of the White Eagle.
