MOSCOW, March 18 – RIA Novosti. Capital enterprise “Drugoy Khleb” intends to expand the range of gluten-free products this year, said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of Moscow’s Department of Investment and Industrial Policy (DIPP).
He recalled that today in the capital bakery products are produced by 70 enterprises, which employ more than 13,000 people.

“Metropolitan manufacturers produce a wide range of products, including those using alternative gluten-free ingredients. The growing demand for healthy food products in the domestic market is leading to an increase in local production of these products. One and a half times – several new types of bread will appear among the products, including those without animal products, and by Easter deliveries of Easter cakes will begin,” Ovchinsky was quoted as saying by the DIPP press service.
Founded in 2019, “Drugoy Khleb” manufactures flour products for dietary nutrition that are completely gluten-free.
