Nutritionist Tsarkova advised those who want to lose weight to eat steamed flaxseed porridge daily

Nutritionist, specialist in XFIT fitness tests in Russia Inessa Tsarkova listed dishes that help to lose weight. On this subject informed “Gazeta.Ru”

According to her, it is important to follow a certain dietary order and to include in the diet meals containing fiber, good fats and complex carbohydrates. She advised ten minutes before meals to drink a glass of warm or boiling water.

Tsarkova noted that a salad of raw vegetables and herbs will help those who want to lose weight. “For example, carrots, cabbage and beets with greens, seasoned with lemon juice and no salt,” she said. She also advised the daily use of flaxseed porridge steamed from freshly ground seeds with the addition of ground cinnamon, along with a quarter of a ripe banana or green apple.

The specialist also noted that in order to lose weight, it is necessary to eat a whole grain dish without gluten and legumes. “You need to add the good fats to this dish: ghee oil, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts (pre-soaked). Another excellent garnish: marc of nuts or seeds,” she pointed out.

The nutritionist added that it is important to eat in a calm state, chew well and not be distracted by extraneous things.

Former nutritionist Natalia Kruglova noted essential for successful weight loss. The expert explained that one should take in fewer calories from food than the body consumes, and suggested taking two steps to achieve this result.
