KHIMKI, April 12 – RIA Novosti. The adoption of a new law on science and science and technology policy will significantly increase support for young scientists, said Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. “Now the Duma has adopted in the first reading a law on science and science and technology policy, which contains a number of changes that will help (…) young scientists. In particular, the concept of a young scientist is introduced – the up to 35. As a result, (introduced) a whole range of support, including the possibility of obtaining housing, ”Mishustin said in a conversation with specialists from the NGO SA Lavochkin Wednesday. According to him, the government, in particular, is increasing the amount of funding for scientists to receive housing certificates. In turn, the Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov, who also took part in the conversation , added that according to the bill, support measures will be provided at three levels: federal, regional and municipal.Separately, the new standards regulate support measures for corporate scientists.
