Prime Minister Russia Mikhail Mishustin signed a resolution, according to which Russians will be able to undergo free training for employment in the enterprises of the military-industrial complex (DIC) of the country. This is stated in an article on the website. Governments.
This solution will help quickly fill the need for specialists and citizens to receive additional professional training. For these purposes, the authorities will allocate more than 700 million rubles. The measure will make it possible to train more than 12,000 people.
The list of companies that will participate in this program will be determined by Ministry of Industry and Trade. Those who wish to participate in the program must contact the employment centers to conclude a student agreement.

The costs of enterprises for the training of citizens will be reimbursed with the help of transfers within the framework of the federal project “Promotion of employment”.
The training will take place within the framework of the labor market support programme. It helps employers to create temporary jobs for citizens at risk of being made redundant, as well as to organize paid public works for those registered on the labor exchange. This year, it is planned to temporarily employ more than 176,000 people.
On March 15, it was reported that the Ministry of Industry and Trade sent to the Ministry of Defense, a list of wanted workers of the military-industrial complex to grant them a deferral of the spring draft for military service. The list is already being processed by the Russian Defense Ministry.
