Head of the Ministry of Emergencies Alexander Kurenkov on the construction of the participants of the arctic expedition in Salekhard gave a northerner his winter hat. This was announced in the official Telegramministry channel.
As specified, the hat was required by a native Vorkuta after a strong wind blew away his own headdress. The man lost this warm item of clothing while traveling in the tundra.
Kurenkov himself was left without a hat.
