Prime Minister of the self-declared Republic of Kosovo Albin Kurti said Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić avoided signing an implementation plan for the EU settlement proposal during talks in North Macedonia. Vučić’s talks with the self-proclaimed Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, with the participation of the head of European diplomacy, Joseph Borrell, and the special representative for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, continued behind closed doors for 12 hours in Ohrid (North Macedonia).
