GROZNY, March 15 – RIA Novosti. Ramzan Kadyrov’s 20-year-old daughter, Khutmat Kadyrova, who is deputy head of the Chechnya leader’s secretariat, will oversee the health system, said Adam Alkhanov, the region’s deputy government chairman. He said he was convinced that under his watch Chechnya’s health care “awaits huge successes and new opportunities”. Kadyrov’s two eldest daughters also hold leadership positions in the republic: Aishat Kadyrova was appointed Chechen Minister of Culture in 2021, and Khadizhat Kadyrova heads the preschool education department in the Grozny mayor’s office. At the beginning of March, Kadyrov also announced an informal meeting between his eldest son Akhmat, who heads the Council of a branch of the All-Russian state youth movement “Movement of Firsts” of the Chechen Republic, with Russian President Vladimir Putin .
