No matter what happened – today, tomorrow, in a year, the money will wait,” Kadyrov wrote on his Telegram channel. He added that it doesn’t matter who does it – “a platoon, a group, a loner, a neighbor in the trench”. “And you, a coward who hid his face, know that punishment will come anytime, anywhere, wherever you hide.
