Russians subject to conscription, but living and working abroad, can take a vacation and come to the Russian Federation to fulfill their military service obligations. This recommendation was made by Andrey Kartapolov, Chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee.
According to Kartapolov, conscripts who went abroad can “take a vacation for a year, serve in the armed forces, repay their debt to their homeland and return abroad, working there with pleasure.”
Or, during your vacation in Russia – I hope normal people spend all their vacations in Russia, even if they live and work abroad for a long time – come to the military registration and enlistment office, present the documents necessary and calmly go to work further.
The deputy also said that citizens of the Russian Federation living abroad, after receiving the summons to state services, can send the necessary documents to the military registration and enlistment office in electronic form.
