IOC chief Bach says sanctions against Russia have been imposed for violating the Olympic truce

Formerly Bach declaredthat 206 National Olympic Committees support the recommendations of the IOC on the admission of Russians to tournaments under neutral flag. He noted that the athletes’ commissions in Africa and Asia are ready to allow Russians and Belarusians to compete under their own flags.
