A criminal case was brought against a Russian citizen under part 2 of article 264 (“Grievous talk by a drunk driver”) of the Criminal Code RF.
According to Lenta.ru, on the evening of March 18, in the village of Emelyanovka, Nizhnegorsky district, a 54-year-old man encountered five pedestrians walking along the roadway. The victims were two parents and three children, they were taken to hospital. The miners are in serious condition, the mother and father suffered moderate and light injuries.
The driver was determined to be under the influence of alcohol.
