According to investigators, on the night of October 21, 2022, a drunk Russian quarreled with his wife, after which he beat her and injured her four-month-old daughter. The accused threatened to kill the witness to the incident. A 29-year-old mother with one child was taken to hospital, but the baby died in hospital from his injuries.
A criminal case has been opened against the man under paragraphs “c”, “e” of part 2 of article 105 (“Murder of a minor committed with particular cruelty”), part 3 of section 30 and paragraph “a” of part 2 of section 105 (“Attempted murder of two or more persons”), as well as under part 1 of section 119 (“Death threat” ) of the Penal Code RF.
