“Kommersant”: the court invalidated the diploma of the deputy head of the investigation department of the Krasnodar Ministry of Internal Affairs
The Krasnodar Regional Court invalidated the diploma of higher legal studies of the deputy head of the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Krasnodar – head of the investigation unit Herman Yalovy. It was reported “Kommersant” with reference to the common press service of the courts of the region.
In addition to the diploma, orders to enroll a policeman in the Krasnodar Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to pass state examinations, to qualify as a “lawyer” and to issue a diploma with honors were recognized as illegal. The court ordered Yalovoy to transfer the diploma to the university for destruction.

According to the investigation, in 2000 he entered Chursin Stavropol University, but was soon expelled for absenteeism. He acquired a false academic certificate of his studies from 1998 to 2000 in the specialty “Jurisprudence” and submitted the document to the Krasnodar Institute of Law Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. He was enrolled in the sixth grade, and in the same year he graduated with a graduate degree in law.
