MOSCOW, April 8 – RIA Novosti. The man attempted to take the relics of 80 saints and church utensils to Moldova, the Ukrainian Border Service reported on Saturday. As stated in the post, on behalf of a friend, a Moldovan attempted to bring all the items to the Church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos, allegedly for a vacation. Due to the careless transportation of the ark, the reliquaries fell from their place. Border guards reported the incident to the Security Service of Ukraine and the police.
