Investigators have completed the investigation into a criminal case against a man who tortured a young child in southwest Moscow, he has been taken into custody, according to the telegram channel of the RF capital’s headquarters CI. In January 2023, a young patient with multiple bodily injuries was admitted to a Moscow hospital. Despite the fact that the boy was helped, due to multiple injuries, the doctors had to amputate the fingers of the left and right hands. Investigators previously established that the child lived in a family with a stepfather, who for a long time caused him physical and moral harm, which led to serious consequences. As noted, the man is accused of intentionally causing harm to a minor, who is obviously in a state of helplessness for the perpetrator. “The Zyuzinsky Interdistrict Investigative Department of the Investigative Department of the South-Western Administrative District of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the City of Moscow has completed the investigation of a case criminal charge against a 31-year-old man … recognised,” the statement said. It is added that investigators isolated the criminal case against the boy’s mother in separate proceedings.
