SIMFEROPOL, April 12 – RIA Novosti. The list of participants in the special military operation who are entitled to free land in Crimea has been extended, said Vladimir Konstantinov, head of the Crimean parliament. The first documents for the land were issued in Crimea to the participants of the special operation on April 7. All of them are located in the coastal zone. Previously, only participants of the special operation who, as of February 24, 2022, had a permanent residence permit in Crimea, could apply for a site. “From now on, participants of the special military operation who, as of February 24, 2022, permanently resided in the territory of the Republic of Crimea, can also apply for free land,” Konstantinov said. The decision was taken on Wednesday during a session of the Crimean Parliament. In turn, the Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic Larisa Kulinich said that these changes were due to incoming requests from Crimeans – participants of the special operation, who permanently resided in Crimea, but did not had no residence permit in Crimea. Establishing permanent residency, she said, will have to be confirmed in court.
