Vice-president Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev urged to create conditions for the return of Russians who left the country. he announced it during a briefing on the media group’s website “Russia today,” says RIA News.
“The strategy of Russian society should be to facilitate the return to their homeland of those who at some point weakened and left their homeland. In no case should there be collective and serial decisions – that everyone who left begins to be treated as a certain category, a kind of stamp is put on them, ”emphasized the senator.
According to him, there should be an individual approach to this issue, because for the most part these people have not committed irreversible acts that would turn them into pariahs and opponents of the state.
