The Brazilian government refused to sign the final declaration of the Summit for Democracy, in which the participating countries condemn “the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine” and support the prosecution of Russian President Vladimir Putin, reported the Globo newspaper, citing sources. “The government of Brazil has decided not to adhere to the final declaration of the Summit for Democracy, which the American government is organizing for the third consecutive year and which ends this Thursday.
