In the mountains Chechnya plan to start producing black caviar. On Wednesday, March 15, the head of the republic Ramzan Kadyrov reported on his page “In contact with”.
According to him, a large fish farm will appear in the Itum-Kalinsky district of Chechnya.
“Rare albino sturgeons, the number of which reaches 700 heads, are rightly considered the pride of the farm. The main activity will be the breeding of sturgeons, as well as the production of slaughtered and ovulated black caviar, ”explained Kadyrov.
The construction of the fish farm is expected to be completed in the near future. At the same time, they will not only grow fish there, but also receive tourists – guest houses, a restaurant and recreation areas have already been built for them.
Earlier in March reportedwhat in Buryatia within the framework of the project “Tatar models on Baikal” ethnotours will be launched in the places where Tatars live in the republic. New tourist routes will be created in five districts of the region.
