Syrian President Assad says the West started World War III at the hands of Zelensky
President Syria Bashar al-Assad accused the collective Occident of having started the third world war, which is carried out by the hands of the president Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and the hands of terrorists in Syria. He said it in an interview RIA News.
According to the Syrian leader, the Third World War is already underway, but its form is different. Assad explained that previous world wars were traditional – armies of different states acted against each other. “Now this situation exists, however, due to modern weapons, especially nuclear weapons, there is a chilling effect on traditional warfare, so wars are evolving into proxy wars,” he continued.
Assad thinks Zelensky is now waging war on behalf of the West with his army. “The same, terrorists are armies acting on behalf of the West in Syria and other areas,” he compared.
