The Ukrainian he killed, Frolkin said at the time, was passing coordinates of Russian columns crossing the kyiv region to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The order to kill, he claimed, had been given by his commanding officer.
The fact that a case was brought against Frolkin about “false” about the Russian army, became known December. It is unclear whether the criminal charges against the serviceman are related to his interview with Important Stories.
