Moscow Architecture Committee: A 340-meter high Dom Dau skyscraper will be built in the city of Moscow
It was decided to build a new residential skyscraper in the business center of the city of Moscow. The project was named “Dau House” in honor of the Nobel Prize-winning Soviet physicist Lev Landau. This is reported RBC with reference to the data of the Moscow Architectural Committee.
The building will reach a height of 340 meters and was designed by the architectural office SPIC. The skyscraper will be located in the 1st Krasnogvardeisky passage near the Presnenskaya embankment and the Garden Ring. Its area is estimated at more than 207 thousand square meters. There will be a residential part, as well as a congress center with a hotel.
On the design side, the top of the cascading volumes, where glazed terraces will be set up, will become a distinctive element. According to the authors of the project, from one angle the drawing will look like a wave, and from another it will look like an arrow. The project also includes a four-level car park, children’s leisure and office centers, cafes and commercial areas, as well as a private courtyard with its own garden, a yoga area and a sports field.
Formerly at Commonwealth Partnership (CMWP) consultancy declaredthat the market value of all skyscrapers in the city of Moscow at the end of the third quarter of 2022 is approximately 819 billion rubles. At that time, there were three million square meters of operating real estate in the business center.
